Our SUNRISE W4000 & W4700 model machines are industrial type car washing machines that we call Roll-Over, working with a moving system on vehicle fixed rails. Our SUNRISE W4000 & W4700 model machines are designed for washing large industrial vehicles. It is possible to easily install our machines designed in a modular structure from our optional accessories on request without taking up extra space. It provides very precise washing on different types of vehicle surfaces with Horizontal and Vertical Brushes with Pressure Control. Soft Start- Soft Stop equipment also provides soft stop and take-off of brush motors. In the water and air system of the machine, filter and conditioning units are standard that will prevent water consisting of particles and air humidity from compressors from damaging the machine.
An electric dosing pump is standard for chemical dosing. There is a numerator showing the number of washed vehicles. The machine has a Manual Winter Discharge System that prevents water from accumulating in the pipes and freezing in winter. The drying system is optional equipment.
(Serial Washing Program – Standard Surface Washing Program-Mirror Protection Program ), etc. the product has washing programs with many features. If desired or necessary, all optional equipment is mounted on the machine and the number of washing programs is increased.
All washing programs work in a fully automatic way within the PLC and automation control system. The washing process will be carried out automatically if desired, or the situation that can be heard by interfering with the operator panel can be controlled manually, the machine can be manufactured. It is capable of washing all types of vehicles shown in the picture below.
On the washing machine, hot-dip galvanization is applied in accordance with EN ISO 1461 OR TS 914 standards and electrostatic powder paint is applied on all surfaces exposed to water and moisture against corrosion. Electrostatic powder paint is applied to the panel covers and panels on the washing machine after phosphate coating on galvanization.

Daily car washes can be deleted with the operator’s password at the end of the day. Programming can be done by the user in the desired way with the ability to activate and activate optional equipment. These models are optionally available in a Turkish digital display that provides ease of use and indicates possible malfunctions.

The machine has a 24 V DC traffic light with LED lamps to warn vehicle drivers. One of the lamps is mounted on the rail starting point and the second is mounted on the machine body.

The water distribution pipes used on the washing machine are galvanized water pipe and the pipes are protected against corrosion by being coated with electrostatic oven paint. Rinsing water, shampoo and all other chemical spray distribution installations are on separate lines on the system. Shampoo and other chemical dosing pumps are world-recognized first-class pumps that are known for their electrically operated proportional dosage adjustment.
Automatic valves (solenoid valves) that ensure the distribution of water and chemicals are products that comply with CE standards that operate with a DC electrical voltage of 24V.
Especially in seasons when the air temperature drops below + 4, it is applied to the system in order to prevent failures caused by freezing by automatically draining the water in the water and chemical installations of the system.
When the button is pressed, the water inside the installations is drained, the brushes rotate where they are, throwing the water on them and thus preventing the plumbing and brushes from freezing.
It is a pre-washing robot that can spray water at a pressure of at least 70-100 bar to remove heavy dirt and oil from the side of the vehicle before coming into contact with the brush and wash it.
