EPHESUS TOUCHLESS, Rolover type bridge machines are a system that works as a fixed vehicle moving vehicle. The system is designed as a brushless (non-contact) car washing machine and designed with highly technological systems to achieve the highest efficiency in washing quality. Accessories that can apply different washing methods can be added to this system.

According to the profile structure of the washed vehicle, all systems have the ability to automatically change direction and detect the surface, so the front, back, side surfaces and upper parts of the vehicles are washed and dried with fine precision.
The most interesting feature of our Ephesus 3D Brushless car washing Model machines is that the chemicals laid on the vehicle create a dense Foam (snow) image when the car washing process is started and the pressure washing robots move with aesthetic slalom.
These movements attract the great attention of car owners and greatly increase the interest in the car washing machine. The horizontal washing robot and the horizontal drying system are designed by the belt reel winding method with motor control with brake up and down movements. All movements connected to the system are provided by inverter (speed-frequency adjuster) control units with different speed options.
Since the bridge execution motors are controlled by the inverter ( speed-frequency adjuster ) ( walking system with chain assembly ), the machine start and stop are very smooth, which extends the life of the motor and reducer. It is easy to use, maintenance and operating costs are low compared to its group.
It sprays dirt softening chemicals with 4 bar pressure water on all surfaces to be washed, and pre-washes and wets the heavy dirt layer. After this process, optionally, foaming in different colors can be applied to the vehicle surface to be washed.
Water Spray Type: It sprays water and chemicals on the vehicle surface at a certain angle and at a pressure of 4 bar with v-jet special nozzles mounted on the sleeves on the pipes.
Water is supplied to the unit by the pump group. Dirt softening chemicals and foam are supplied to the water line with a special electric proportional dosing pump. Chemical dosing pumps are Italian origin pumps that operate automatically with an electrical control system and can be adjusted to the desired amount.

The horizontal drying system is powered by an electric motor with a power of 2.2kw each, the fans are mounted on a single block. The system performs the drying process within the scope of automation by following the profile of the dried vehicle at a close distance thanks to optical sensors.
